Your business is undoubtedly subject to seasonal fluctuations and your prices may therefore be adapted accordingly. From your elloha account, you can set prices season by season.
For elloha accounts dedicated to activities, the calendar is created automatically over 6 months and is sliding, i.e. you do not need to define the start and end dates.
Setting your seasons in your calendar
By default, your calendar already appears with a green season called Average (equivalent to mid-season).
To change your seasons, click on the day, week number or full month (button at top left of each month).
Select the season(s) of your choice: here, the High season (yellow) will be selected after clicking on the colour in question in the choices displayed at the bottom of the page.
Your new season is created (in yellow on the calendar). Several colours are available, allowing you to segment your calendar according to your seasonality.
Customers do not see this segmentation: it is only used by our users.
Set your prices according to seasonality
When you go to thePrices tab of a Formula, you'll find as many price columns to set up as there are seasons defined in your calendar.
All you have to do is enter the corresponding rates, and if necessary enter the minimum and/or maximum per booking for a resource category, without forgetting tosave your action before leaving thePrices tab.
