Messaging from my Magic site, Booking or Airbnb OTAs
This new messaging function allows you to retrieve customer messages sent either from the contact form on the MAGIC site generated by elloha, or from the distributor sites Booking and Airbnb. And it is of course possible to reply and exchange with them.
Booking emails
Personalised communication with the customer immediately after booking.
Send a "custom" email even for last-minute bookings.
Insertion of HTML links to :
travel log,
request for compulsory documents,
specific forms to fill in,
IBAN for payment,
..
The voucher remains neutral: purely transactional and contractual.
