CRM TDR: deleting a contact

If for any reason (in particular, an express request from the contact under the provisions of the RGPD), you need to delete a contact, you should proceed as follows:

  • In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, click on the Clients menu,

  • Then click on the Contacts tab

  • Once you have found the Contact concerned, click on its name and open its file,

  • Then click on Delete,

  • When asked "Are you sure you want to delete this contact?

Please note that it is not possible to delete a contact linked to a sales file:

But in this case you can make the contact anonymous by changing their personal details to generic values.
