What happens when you create an account in your network head office?

Updated over 3 months ago

There are several ways of creating an elloha account in your network head:

  • by the pro himself: he may have received a newsletter from you (or one of those sent out by elloha on behalf of the network heads) or he may have attended one of your meetings and, as a result, decided toopen an account by going directly to your elloha platform (e.g. destination.elloha.com)

In the latter case, the pro may already have a record in your elloha network. In order to reduce (if not avoid) any risk of duplication, we have set up a function that allows the pro to transform his or her existing listing into an elloha account:

This is done via their name, company name and email (in addition to the category of their product): if we find them in the migrated data in your SIT (and/or in the file of professionals that you have sent us), we will send them the information below:

If the professional confirms by clicking on"Yes, it's me!", his OI record will automatically be converted into an elloha account without any further action on your part.

As soon as a listing is converted, you will receive notification by email:

If the pro creates a new listing from scratch, you will also be notified by email (under the same conditions). Note: if necessary, let us know if this notification should be sent to several people at the same time.

Please note

For this function to be fully operational on your "monterritoire.elloha.com", the data from your SIT must have been migrated to the network head and we must have sent the newsletters to a file that we have qualified on the basis of your transmissions.
