HS Connect your unique accommodation schedule to Alma Heritage by instant booking

elloha now offers instant synchronisation with Alma Heritage (a website dedicated to accommodation in historic monuments).

This connectivity is aimed at all accommodation excluding hotels and campsites.

Alma Heritage is the benchmark platform for offering accommodation in heritage sites such as farms, châteaux, fortified towns, mills and dovecotes.

Opening this sales channel enables your establishment to be displayed on Alma Heritage.

For the time being,Alma Heritage is only available to elloha accounts based in mainland France.

This synchronisation is easy to activate:

  • Log in to your elloha account ,

  • Select Sales Channels in the Main Menu

  • In the Large Channels sub-menu, in the Alma Heritage block, click on Open channel,

  • Your request will be sent to theAlma Heritage teams in order to finalise your synchronisation.

IMPORTANT: once the channel has been opened, you will receive an email from Alma Heritage within 7 working days with your connection details and your contract.

The terms and conditions applied to bookings made on the Alma Heritage websites will be those configured in your elloha account.

Instant synchronisation allows you to synchronise:

  • your prices

  • your stocks

  • restrictions on your offers.

Reservation files are directly integrated into the Reservations menu of your elloha account.

Each time you modify your availability in elloha, your Alma Heritage schedule will be automatically updated without any additional operations.

WhenAlma Heritage records a booking on its website, it will automatically be reflected in your elloha account.

Your schedules and booking files will therefore be simultaneously updated in real time!

Alma Heritage charges a 13% commission on sales.

How to cash a booking made on Alma Heritage

The customer goes to the Alma Heritage website to choose the property to be reserved and define the dates of stay in order to launch the reservation.

Alma Heritage checks the availability of the property in real time using the data sent by elloha, which has been recorded by the service provider.

Once the booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with all the details of the booking and, at the same time, your customer will receive their booking confirmation. If your bookings are on request, you will be asked to confirm or decline the booking.

You can find all the information relating to the booking in your Alma Heritage dashboard.

Alma Heritage collects the customer's prepaid total (100% of the cost of the stay) and takes charge of the customer from the time the booking is confirmed until the end of the stay.

Alma Heritage will send youthe funds due to you at the end of the month on the day of the client's departure. The commission invoice for the month in question will be sent to you by email.

Cancellations

Changes to stays are not supported by the Alma Heritage platform. However, it is possible for the customer and the partner to agree on a cancellation or a new booking.

Cancellations are handled between Alma Heritage and elloha. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a cancellation request by email. Once the cancellation request has been received, Alma Heritage's customer service department will take charge of following up the file in the event of charges. The cancellation notification is taken into account on elloha and the stock is released.
