Pop-up windows are blocked by your Safari browser. Blocking these windows can prevent certain services from working properly, such as access to customers' bank details on the elloha interface.
Here is how to authorise pop-ups with Safari:
- click on the Safari menu and then select the Preferences submenu,
- Click on the Websites tab,
- Then click on the Pop-up tab in the left-hand column,
- Select Authorise on the elloha website line.
