There are two ways of modifying your availabilities in the Schedule:
Manually, offer by offer, day by day:
For a given day (or timetable), you enter the availability in the To Sale lines
Note: Once your availability has been modified, it is immediately taken into account without you needing to save your page.
By using the quick availability modification functions,
Automatically, by updating your availabilities from your(hotel) interface:
Each time an availability and a price are modified in your hotel solution, the schedule is automatically updated
Automatically, by the updates received by the major booking portals on which you distribute your offers
Each time a booking is registered on one of your partner channels, the availability of your offers is updated in the Planning tool
Note: All these update solutions can be combined, with the exception of automatic updates via hotel interface solutions.
