Modify My Availabilities in the Schedule

There are two ways of modifying your availabilities in the Schedule:

  • Manually, offer by offer, day by day:

    • For a given day (or timetable), you enter the availability in the To Sale lines

Note: Once your availability has been modified, it is immediately taken into account without you needing to save your page.

  • Automatically, by updating your availabilities from your(hotel) interface:

    • Each time an availability and a price are modified in your hotel solution, the schedule is automatically updated

  • Automatically, by the updates received by the major booking portals on which you distribute your offers

    • Each time a booking is registered on one of your partner channels, the availability of your offers is updated in the Planning tool

Note: All these update solutions can be combined, with the exception of automatic updates via hotel interface solutions.
