There are several methods for updating your prices. Below is a reminder of the automatic method used when creating your Offers.
You can create your prices automatically using the Price Calendars:
You start by creating seasons in your season calendar
You then assign a price per season
This price is automatically assigned to the days in each season
To Modify Your Prices Directly in Planning:
Click on Schedule in the Main Menu,
Click on the Offer of your choice
For a given day (or schedule), you can enter your prices in the Standard Prices and Special Offers price lines, with the exception of Promotions, the amount of which is automatically calculated according to the prices entered in the upper lines
Note: Once you have modified your price, it is immediately taken into account without you needing to save your page.
By using the quick price modification function,
Automatically, by updating your prices from your(hotel) interface:
Each time an availability and a price are modified in your hotel solution, the Planning is automatically updated
ATTENTION: A rate modified in the schedule can only be modified from the schedule. Modification from the standard price of the offer, promotion or special offer will not impact this rate.
Note: All these update solutions are cumulative, with the exception of automatic updates via hotel interface solutions.
