Connect to Funbooker with instant booking

elloha offers instant synchronisation with Funbooker for activity providers.

All types of leisure activities and experiences are eligible, such as sports activities (outdoor as well as indoor), cultural activities, museums, theme parks, animal parks / aquariums...

Launched in 2017, Funbooker is a French booking website dedicated to leisure activities and experiences. A 100% French company with a team of around 50 employees, Funbooker has established itself as the leading site with over 12,000 bookable activities throughout France, over 1 million visitors every month, a specialisation in group bookings (Team Building, EVG/EVJF, birthdays, ...) and already several hundred thousand bookings recorded - with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 on nearly 70,000 customer reviews.

How do I activate synchro?

  • You will need a Connect or Magic subscription to activate synchronisation.

  • Tick the Funbooker sales channel in the Sales channels menu of your elloha account,

  • Your request will be sent to the Funbooker teams in order to finalise your synchronisation.

For the moment, the Funbooker channel is only available in France and Belgium.

Instant synchronisation allows you to synchronise:

  • your prices

  • your stocks

  • package restrictions.

Reservation files are directly integrated into the Reservations menu in your elloha account.

What is the proposed model?

The commission rate offered by Funbooker is 20% (incl. VAT) on the sale price (incl. VAT) (marketplace model, with recoverable VAT, i.e. an equivalent of ~16.6% (excl. VAT) on the price (incl. VAT) of the service).

End customers pay online at https://www.funbooker.com/.

On D+3 (or monthly, depending on the partner's choice), Funbooker simultaneously :

  1. transfer to the partner the total amount paid by the customer, including VAT, less the 20% commission, including VAT

  2. the transfer to Funbooker of the amount of the commission,

  3. and Funbooker invoices the partner for the commission linked to the customer's contribution.

IMPORTANT: make sure you have signed a partnership agreement with Funbooker to be able to benefit from this synchronisation

In the event of a technical problem?

elloha does not have access to the Funbooker platform and cannot investigate any malfunctions. In the event of a technical question relating to the gateway between elloha and Funbooker, you should contact Funbooker directly via its support service:

The Funbooker teams will carry out an initial analysis of the malfunction and will contact elloha if necessary.
