Define how the price of your offer is calculated for a night or a week

Updated over 3 months ago

After creating your offer, you need to define how your price is calculated from the Standard price tab in the Offers menu of your elloha account. Your price is based on 2 distinct elements:

  • Fixed per person, per service or per combination

  • Calculated per night or per week

You can selectyour price calculation method from a drop-down menu to :

  • Set a rate per night. In this case, you can specify the minimum and maximum number of nights for the length of stay of your standard price

  • Define a weekly rate with the same option of setting a minimum and maximum number of rental weeks

Please note

If all your offers are set up with a weekly rate, the booking engine will adapt and only suggest a search for a weekly stay.

If at least one of your offers has an overnight rate, the booking engine will allow web users to search for a holiday defined by the number of nights of their choice, as well as a weekly holiday.

IMPORTANT: if you create an offer for which the calculation method is defined as "per night" while the rest of your offers are set to "per week", you will have to wait until the following day to be able to search for a stay per night on your booking engine.
